Banana lassi......yumm

INGREDIENTS-
1 banana
100 ml water
2 cup yoghurt (curd)
1 tablespoon caster sugar
2 strand saffron

METHOD-
  • Peel the skin and roughly chop the bananas. You can also use banana puree.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into individual serving glasses.
  • Add some ice cubes if desired.
  • Serve at once.
