INGREDIENTS-
1 banana
100 ml water
2 cup yoghurt (curd)
1 tablespoon caster sugar
2 strand saffron
100 ml water
2 cup yoghurt (curd)
1 tablespoon caster sugar
2 strand saffron
METHOD-
- Peel the skin and roughly chop the bananas. You can also use banana puree.
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into individual serving glasses.
- Add some ice cubes if desired.
- Serve at once.
