INGREDIENTS-
- 260 g - Tofu
- 2-3 dry Red Chillies chopped
- 1-2 green pepper
- 1 - 3 Onion (cut into long slices)
- 1 cup - Spring onions
- 1 tsp - cornflour
- olive oil as required
- 1/2 tsp - soya sauce
- 2 tsp - Vinegar
- Green chili (optional)
METHOD-
- Cut the tofu into small cubes and keep aside.
- Heat oil and fry the onions and green chilli.
- Add the chopped green peppers and stir-fry for 2 minutes on high flame.
- Add soya sauce, vinegar, dry red chillies and salt.
- Add 1-1/2 cup of water and boil.
- Add the tofu.
- Mix cornflour in a little water to make a paste and add to the pan. Bring to boil.
- Serve hot with noodles or rice or chapati.(tortila)
