Best Chinese tofu....CURRY..

      INGREDIENTS-
    • 260 g - Tofu
    • 2-3 dry Red Chillies chopped
    • 1-2  green pepper
    • 1 - 3 Onion (cut into long slices)
    • 1 cup - Spring onions
    • 1 tsp - cornflour
    • olive oil as required
    • 1/2 tsp - soya sauce
    • 2 tsp - Vinegar
    • Green chili (optional)

    METHOD-
    • Cut the tofu into small cubes and keep aside.
    • Heat oil and fry the onions and green chilli.
    • Add the chopped green peppers and stir-fry for 2 minutes on high flame.
    • Add soya sauce, vinegar, dry red chillies and salt.
    • Add 1-1/2 cup of water and boil.
    • Add the tofu.
    • Mix cornflour in a little water to make a paste and add to the pan. Bring to boil.
    • Serve hot with noodles or rice or chapati.(tortila)
